In Case Wrong/Damaged Item Is Delivered

In case a wrong item is delivered, please reach out to us at care@chicoramma.com with the unboxing video & images of the package within 2 days of delivery and we will deliver the right item at no cost.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been shipped. To cancel your order please drop us an email at care@chicoramma.com or call at 9289251890.
For Prepaid orders, If your order is shipped and you wish to cancel, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Charges
