Wrong or Damaged Item
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:
Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Share an unboxing video of the package at care@chicoramma.com.
We’ll promptly send you the correct item at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before shipping.
For prepaid orders that have already shipped, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charge of Rs. 80 will be charged on every order.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Replacement is possible if:
The item is defective.
It was damaged during transit.
Some products are missing (please share an unpacking video).
A wrong item was delivered.
Refund may be issued if:
The product is out of stock or unavailable.
The brand has discontinued the product.
Note: If the wrong item was ordered by mistake, Chicorammacannot process returns or refunds.
